Meet Eunice Chinwe Awofala — Coach E Founder of The Foodiefit Woman

A journey rooted in passion, nutrition, and empowerment.
Eunice Chinwe Awofala, fondly known as Coach E, is the visionary founder of The Foodiefit Woman—a wellness brand built on five powerful pillars: food, fitness, faith, family, and femininity. She believes that when a woman nourishes these core areas of her life, she becomes unstoppable—thriving in health, wholeness, and purpose.
With advanced degrees in Nursing and Food Science and Technology, and as a proud member of the Nigerian Institute of Food Science and Technology, Coach E blends science and soul in a transformative approach to wellness. As a registered nurse and endoscopy practitioner in the UK, she doesn’t just understand the science of food—she sees its effects daily as it travels through the upper and lower gastrointestinal tract, giving her unique insight into how nutrition impacts the body at every level.
A proud mother of four who has undergone four C-sections, Coach E intimately understands the physical and emotional journey many women face—often leading to burnout and a sense of losing themselves. Through her holistic approach, grounded in intentional eating to nourish the body, mindful movement to honor it, and a commitment to glowing from the inside out, she empowers women to reconnect with their identity, reclaim their vitality, and rise into their full feminine strength, anchored in faith, connected to family, and confident in who they are.
The Foodiefit Woman isn’t just a brand, it’s a movement, inviting women to rise in wellness, walk in purpose, and live fully as the radiant, powerful women they were created to be.
