Do I need to go to the gym?
Not at all. The movement component is flexible—home workouts, walking, dancing, or simple bodyweight exercises. You move in ways that respect your season and your body.
Can I do this if I’ve had a C-section or multiple kids?
Absolutely. Coach E is a mom of four with four C-sections. This program is designed with real moms in mind, focusing on healing, strength, and self-love.
